Let’s face it, none of us are ever going to “Be Like Mike” when it comes to playing basketball, no matter how much Gatorade we drink. But at least you can wear his sneakers. Celebrating the classic Be Like Mike Gatorade commercial, Jordan Brand officially partnered with the famous sports drink brand for this edition of the Air Jordan 6, modeled after the OG “Carmine” colorway of the shoe seen on Mike’s feet in the 1991 commercial. The red accents of the Carmine edition are replaced with the orange of Gatorade’s branding, with green details finishing them off.
